Open the App → Profile → Birth data → tap any field to edit. Your natal chart will recompute on save. Your old forecasts remain in your history but new readings will use the corrected data.

First, force-quit and reopen the app — Stardust is credited within 60 seconds in 99% of cases. If still missing, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your transaction ID (visible in your App Store / Play Store receipt).

iOS: Settings (iPhone) → tap your name → Subscriptions → Solane → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Solane → Cancel.
Cancellation is immediate; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly:
iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: Play Store → Order history → tap the purchase → Refund.
We can vouch for genuine issues — email us if Apple or Google asks for confirmation.

In the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases all server-side data within 30 days. Your purchase history is retained for 10 years for legal accounting reasons.

This usually means the engine behind Solane is under heavy load. Try again in 2–5 minutes. If you were charged Stardust but received no forecast after 10 minutes, email us with the timestamp — we'll refund and regenerate.

Yes — every forecast has a "Share as PDF" button. The PDF is fully styled and shareable through any app. Personal use only; commercial redistribution is not permitted.

At launch, Solane is available worldwide on the App Store and Google Play, with content in English. French translation is on the roadmap for V1.1.

It happens. Solane's voice is generated by a private engine running on our own servers — and like any system that writes language, it occasionally produces something off-key. If a reading lands harmful, offensive, or factually impossible, please email us with a screenshot. It helps us tune her better.

It's a window between the Moon's last major aspect in one zodiac sign and its entry into the next. Traditionally considered a poor time for new initiatives. Solane detects these windows automatically in short forecasts (≤30 days) and flags them for you.
