Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Solane (the "App"), operated by L&L France SAS (capital €1,000 · RCS Bordeaux 910 953 256 · 4 Clos Saint Lou, 33450 Saint-Loubès, France), trade name Webyss ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Distribution scope: Solane is not available in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. By downloading the App, you confirm you reside outside these regions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solane. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Entertainment purpose only

Solane is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration only. Astrological readings, forecasts, daily oracles, and AI-generated content are not, and must not be relied upon as:

Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice
Legal, financial, or investment advice
Career or relationship counseling
Predictions of actual future events

Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions affecting your health, finances, legal situation, or wellbeing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials.
You agree to provide accurate birth data; inaccurate data produces inaccurate astrological computations.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

4. In-app purchases ("Stardust" and "Pass")

4.1 Stardust (consumable)

Stardust is a virtual in-app currency used to unlock premium readings, forecasts, and oracle plays.
Stardust has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred between accounts, or refunded once consumed.
Stardust packs are sold via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' billing terms.

4.2 Pass (subscription)

The "Cosmic Pass" and "Oracle Pass" are auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription periods, prices, and renewal dates are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged at confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the period end.
Cancellation: manage your subscription in App Store → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
No partial refunds for unused periods.

4.3 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. We have no direct ability to issue refunds for store purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute App content
Attempt to bypass payment systems or obtain Stardust/Pass features without payment
Generate excessive load on our servers
Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
Submit false birth data on behalf of another person without their consent

6. Intellectual property

The App, its source code, design, branding, glyphs, and AI-generated readings are owned by L&L France SAS and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI-generated forecasts are provided "as-is" for your personal use; sharing PDFs with friends is permitted, commercial redistribution is not.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on:

Apple App Store / Google Play Store — payment processing
Our own backend at astral.webini.tech — astrological computation and AI forecasts

8. AI-generated content

Forecasts and oracle readings are generated by an AI model running on our infrastructure. AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected phrasings. We do not guarantee:

Factual accuracy of AI-generated text
Specific predictions about real-world events
Continuous availability of AI features

If you believe a reading contains harmful, offensive, or inaccurate content, contact support@solane.app.

9. Service changes and termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the App entirely. Active subscriptions will be refunded pro-rata if the App is discontinued.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L&L France SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L&L France SAS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, the law of the publisher's country of establishment. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

For US users: nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your state's consumer protection laws.
