Solane needs no account on a phone. On the web app (app.solane.app) you sign in with your email address; Delete My Account & Data erases that account too. Your data lives on your device — your birth details, chart, readings, readings in hand (Stardust) and profile are all stored locally on your phone or in your browser, not on our servers. If you signed in on the web app, your chart, your readings and your readings in hand are also kept with your account until you delete it (Privacy Policy §13.4).

Delete everything in one tap: open Solane and go to Profile → Delete My Account & Data. This permanently erases your chart, profile, conversations, readings and balance from your device or browser (a browser keeps only a random identifier — Privacy Policy §13.3), your web account if you have one, and — from our server — your pseudonymised chat history, your usage events and your study orders.

What's on our servers

Very little. To draw your chart, your birth details are sent to our own private servers, used for the calculation, and held only in a temporary cache for at most 24 hours — they are written to a database only if you sign in on the web app, and shared only with the place-search and language-model providers named in the Privacy Policy (§4). What we retain: a pseudonymised copy of chat conversations and readings (your name, birth date and cities are removed before they leave your device, as best we can; conversations touching health, pregnancy, a death, substances or personal crisis are never stored), tied to a random install identifier and deleted automatically after 90 days — or immediately when you tap Delete My Account & Data; usage events for 180 days, erased the same way; study orders for 7 days; the copies of readings written by OpenAI (Privacy Policy §5); purchase records for 10 years; and ordinary server logs. The Privacy Policy §5 gives every duration.

What happens next

We purge any temporary cache tied to your request and reply to confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Deleting your data in the app is instant and irreversible — your chart, readings, profile and web account cannot be recovered afterwards.
