Solane has no accounts and no login. Your data lives on your device — your birth details, chart, readings, Stardust and profile are all stored locally on your phone, not on our servers.

Delete everything in one tap: open the Solane app and go to Profile → Delete My Account & Data. This permanently erases all of your data from your device and your anonymized chat history from our server.

What's on our servers

Almost nothing. To draw your chart, your birth details are sent to our own private servers, used for the calculation, and held only in a temporary cache for at most 24 hours — they are never written to a database and never shared with anyone. The only thing we retain is an anonymized copy of chat conversations (your name, birth date and cities are removed before they leave your device; health and crisis messages are never stored), tied to a random install identifier and deleted automatically after 90 days — or immediately when you tap Delete My Account & Data.

What happens next

We purge any temporary cache tied to your request and reply to confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Deleting your data in the app is instant and irreversible — your chart, readings and profile cannot be recovered afterwards.
